EVENT entry
There are two ways below to enter and pay the entry fees:
a) Fill out the online entry form - Internet Banking
b) Print an entry form - Cheque PaymentPlease note:
- To be in the draw for the series prizes you will need to be entered in all three events by the 4th October 2009 then participate in each event.
- Refunds will not be given on non-starting of an event.

Print the entry form and either post it to us with your payment or drop it off to a Shoe Clinic Store. Please make cheques payable to "Events with Purpose".
